Total Training Duration (Hour): 16 Hours (9.00am – 6.00pm)

This course enables learners to develop a service framework to manage and address service challenges, and partner with partners to deliver service excellence. Learners will be able to equip themselves with the mindset to go the extra mile in providing excellent service, which involves creating a positive customer experience and escalating areas of improvement that may enhance the customers’ experience.

Pre-requisites
- Applicants must be at least 21 years and above.
- Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualifications (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) and Workplace Numeracy (WPN) at Level 3.
- TSMU shall counsel and advise applicants without meeting the education, literacy and numeracy requirement that they may not be able to comprehend the content, keep up pace of training and/or cope with assessment conducted. Where necessary, unsuitable applicants will be discouraged from enrolling in the program.

Eligibility Criteria for SMEs
SMEs must meet the following requirements:
- Be registered or incorporated in Singapore.
- Have an employment size of no more than 200 employees OR an annual sales turnover not exceeding $100 million.
Eligibility for SME-Sponsored Trainees:
- Must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents (SPRs).
- Course fees must be fully sponsored by the employer.
Certification Obtained and Conferred by Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ)
The Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) is a national credential system that trains, develops, assesses and certifies skills and competencies for the workforce. As a continuing education and training (CET) system, WSQ supports the SkillsFuture movement to:
- Promote recognition of skills and competencies to facilitate progression, mastery and mobility.
- Promote holistic development of the workforce through technical and generic skills and competencies.
- Support economic development by professionalising skills and competencies to drive industry transformation, productivity and innovation efforts.
- Encourage lifelong learning.

WSQ is underpinned by a strong quality assurance framework. From developing competency standards, to accrediting training providers to awarding WSQ qualifications, stringent criteria are applied to ensure best standards and delivery. A structured and efficient system has been established to help build a strong training infrastructure that supports Singapore’s workforce development.
